Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand, a low relaxation prestressed steel strand, is expertly crafted from seven hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires. Renowned for their exceptional corrosion resistance, these strands significantly prolong the longevity of components, even in harsh environments like coastal areas, effectively mitigating corrosion. This product is globally recognized as a highly effective corrosion prevention solution, meeting both current and international standards.

Ideal for bridge cables, fixed tension components, and lifting or fixing tension parts in buildings, this standard is perfect for diverse prestressed structures. Withdiameters: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm and strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa, it is not directly used in concrete grouting constructions.

Featuring a structure of 1x7 or 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strands, these products boast a tensile strength reaching up to 1860MPa, matching the specifications of plain & round PC steel strands in performance levels, compliant with GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035 standards.


PRODUCT FEATURES

Tailor-made to customer specifications, our product's zinc coating can reach 250 gsm or more. The zinc coating layer's uniformity is remarkably high, withstanding 3-4 times without exposing copper, and its adhesion remains intact even after winding 8 circles post-zinc coating.

Leveraging our advanced equipment, we customize the galvanizing process to meet unique zinc layer and surface quality requirements.

Compared to uncoated and standard galvanized PC steel strands, our product demonstrates superior resistance, showing no signs of red rust even after 24 hours in a salt spray test.
