Raw Material Requirements:
Premium carbon steel wire rods, like SWRH77B or SWRH82B, are vital for prestressed concrete. Essential requirements encompass size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any specific specifications.
The cooling process is expertly managed using advanced Sterem technology, achieving a superior sotenization rate over 85%. This guarantees that the produced coil fulfills all the rigorous requirements of prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strands.
