Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand is a low relaxation prestressed steel strand, meticulously crafted from seven robust steel wires. These wires undergo a hot-dip galvanization process, providing exceptional corrosion resistance. This enhances the longevity of structural components, especially in harsh environments like coastal areas. Such galvanization is widely acknowledged both nationally and internationally as a leading method for corrosion prevention.
This versatile standard is perfect for applications in bridge cables, tension components, and prestressed structures. With diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 17.8mm and tensile strength from 1770MPa to 1960MPa, it’s ideal for many structural needs.
Our hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series, available in 1x7 and 1x19 configurations, boasts an impressive tensile strength of up to 1860MPa. These strands mirror the performance levels of plain and round PC steel strands, adhering to performance standards including GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Custom zinc coating options are available, achieving levels up to 250 gsm or more. The uniform zinc layer remains intact, even after rigorous testing, demonstrating outstanding adhesion and durability.
