PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The mono-filament sprayed epoxy steel strand's performance is engineered to meet the rigorous standards of GB/T25823-2010, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability. Mono-filament Coated Epoxy Coated Prestressed Steel Strand.
Our filled epoxy steel strand complies with GB/T21073-2007 "Epoxy Coated Seven Wire Prestressed Steel Strand" and JT/T standards. 737-2009 "Filled Epoxy Coated Steel Strand".
Anti-corrosion grease performance: Conforms to JG 3007 standards, manufactured using premium lipid acid-proof carp soap, deeply refined mineral oil, and enhanced with antioxidants, rust inhibitors, and other additives. This formulation significantly boosts adhesion, water resistance, rust resistance, and anti-corrosion properties.
Currently, two international standards govern epoxy-coated steel strands: ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E). These standards define two product types: epoxy-coated filled strands and epoxy-coated steel strands. According to the 2002 ASTM version, epoxy-coated filled steel strands are specified, while epoxy-coated steel strands are not recommended. ISO 14655:1999 (E) derives its guidelines from ASTM A 882/A882M-96, maintaining regulations for both epoxy-coated strand product types.
Given the superior corrosion resistance of epoxy-coated steel strands, both standards enforce strict regulations on coating thickness and surface pinholes. ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a mandates a coating thickness range of 0.38 -1.14mm for epoxy-coated filled strands. ISO 14655:1999 (E) specifies 0.40-0.90mm for epoxy-coated filled strands and 0.65 -1.15mm for epoxy-coated strands.
Both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E) require that no pinholes be present throughout the entire length of the finished epoxy-coated steel strand. Our products adhere to these stringent specifications, meeting both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E) standards.
