Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium prestressed concrete wire is manufactured using the finest high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Critical requirements for these wire rods include size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Utilizing advanced Sterem technology, cooling is meticulously controlled to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Our coils, produced through a standard process, consistently meet the high demands for prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strand production.

Standards of Steel Wire for Prestressed Concrete:
The current standards are GB/T5223-2014. Prestressed concrete steel wire adheres to standards such as ASTM A421 / A421M, ASTM A881/A881M -2005, BS5896-2012, PrEN10138-2:2009, GOST 7348-81, TU U27.3-136-004-2003, DSTU ISO 6934-2, ABNT NBR 7482:2008, etc.
