Raw Material Requirements:
Our core raw materials for prestressed concrete consist of high-caliber carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet essential criteria including size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting procedure, delivery condition, mechanical characteristics, decarburization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any particular specifications.
Leveraging Sterem technology, cooling processes are meticulously overseen to achieve an outstanding Sotenization rate exceeding 85%. The coils produced under our stringent standards consistently meet the demanding production criteria for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring both quality and uniformity.
