Raw Material Requirements:
We source premium carbon steel wire rods, such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B, adhering to rigorous specifications regarding size, shape, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery condition, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any specialized requirements.
Using state-of-the-art Sterem technology, our cooling process achieves an impressive Sotenization rate exceeding 85%. Our standard production coils consistently fulfill the rigorous demands for manufacturing prestressed concrete steel wire and strands.
