Raw Material Requirements:
Our premier raw materials for prestressed concrete include top-grade carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet stringent requirements regarding size, shape, weight, permissible deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special conditions.
Leveraging Sterem technology, we meticulously control the cooling process to achieve an exceptional over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, coils produced via our standard processing meet all production specifications for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring a benchmark of excellence and uniformity.
