The 1x7 structure, available in 12.7mm, 15.20mm, 15.70mm, and 17.80mm unbonded prestressed steel strands, features an anti-corrosion grease and sheath for superior performance. Specifically crafted for water conservancy and hydro-power projects, these high-quality strands now see increased use in wind power projects where tower heights meet or surpass 120m. As concrete towers with external prestressing technology become more common, the demand for our unbonded prestressed steel strands rises. Following the JG/T 161-2016 Unbonded Prestressed Steel Strand standard, we have innovated our design to simplify the testing of sheath tensile properties, thereby enhancing its practicality and usability. Product Characteristics
Designed for the outer cable of wind power concrete towers, our unbonded steel strands can be customized in sheath thickness and grease application to meet specific user requirements. The sheath surface is smooth and dense, allowing the steel strand outline to be visible. Our products guarantee high surface quality, free from air holes, mechanical damage, cracks, or noticeable wrinkles.
