Raw Material Requirements:
Our core raw materials for prestressed concrete include top-tier carbon steel wire rods, particularly SWRH77B and SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet rigorous standards including specifications for size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
By implementing Sterem technology, we meticulously control the cooling process to achieve an outstanding Sotenization rate exceeding 85%. Our standard production processes consistently yield coils that meet all requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring both excellence and consistency.
