Raw Material Requirements:
Our leading materials for prestressed concrete include top-grade carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet stringent criteria regarding size, shape, weight, acceptable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting technique, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Employing Sterem technology, cooling is precisely managed to achieve an impressive Sotenization rate exceeding 85%. Typically, the coils produced via our standard process satisfy all benchmarks for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, promising unmatched excellence and consistency.
