The filled epoxy steel strand showcases performance that adheres strictly to the standards of GB/T21073-2007 - 'Epoxy Coated Seven Wire Prestressed Steel Strand' and JT/T. 737-2009 - 'Filled Epoxy Coated Steel Strand' is a testament to our commitment to quality and durability.
Anti-corrosion grease performance: Fully compliant with JG 3007, our high-grade lipid acid-proof carp soap thickened mineral oil is enriched with antioxidants, anti-rust agents, and other additives, significantly enhancing grease adhesion, water resistance, rust resistance, and anti-corrosion properties.
Currently, two international standards govern epoxy-coated steel strands: ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a and IS0 14655:1999 (E). These standards specify two product types: epoxy-coated filled strands and epoxy-coated steel strands. The ASTM 2002 version emphasizes the specifications for epoxy-coated filled strands, whereas ISO 14655:1999 (E) retains the regulations for both product types, ensuring comprehensive compliance. ASTM A 882/A882M-96 forms the foundation for ISO 14655:1999 (E), ensuring consistency in the regulations for epoxy-coated strand products.
Given the superior corrosion resistance of epoxy-coated steel strands, both standards impose stringent regulations on coating thickness and surface pinholes. ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a mandates a coating thickness of 0.38 -1.14mm for epoxy-coated filled strands. ISO 14655:1999 (E) stipulates 0.40-0.90mm for these strands, while the coating thickness for epoxy-coated strands is set at 0.65 -1.15mm.
Both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E) standards dictate that the entire length of the finished epoxy-coated steel strand must be pinhole-free, and our products proudly meet these rigorous requirements.
