Anti-corrosion grease performance: In full compliance with JG 3007, crafted from high-grade lipid acid-proof carp soap, deeply refined mineral oil, and fortified with antioxidants, anti-rust agents, and anti-corrosion additives, our grease offers superior adhesion, water resistance, rust resistance, and anti-corrosion properties.
We adhere to two major international standards for epoxy-coated steel strands, namely ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a and IS0 14655:1999 (E). These standards specify two types of products: epoxy-coated filled strands and epoxy-coated coated steel strands. The ASTM 2002 version emphasizes the importance of epoxy-coated filled steel strands and advises against the use of epoxy-coated steel strands without filling; ISO 14655:1999 (E) is based on ASTM A 882/A882M-96, maintaining regulations for both products, ensuring thorough standard compliance.
Epoxy-coated steel strands, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance, are subjected to strict regulations on coating thickness and surface pinholes in both international standards. ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a specifies a coating thickness range of 0.38 -1.14mm for epoxy-coated filled strands. IS0 14655:1999 (E) sets the coating thickness for epoxy-coated filled steel strands at 0.40-0.90mm and for epoxy-coated strands at 0.65 -1.15mm.
Both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and IS0 14655:1999 (E) mandate a pinhole-free finish along the full length of the epoxy-coated steel strand. Our products impeccably meet these stringent standards, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
