These wires are renowned for their exceptional corrosion resistance, making them an ideal choice for extending the longevity of components exposed to corrosive environments such as coastal areas. This innovative solution is internationally recognized as a robust and effective method of corrosion prevention.
Our product adheres to stringent standards, making it perfect for use in bridge cables, fixed tension components, and various prestressed structures. It is not intended for direct use in concrete grouting constructions. Available diameters include 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, and 17.8mm, with strength classes ranging from 1770MPa to 1960MPa.
Our collection includes 1x7, 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series, boasting remarkable tensile strength of up to 1860MPa. These strands maintain the same specifications as plain & round PC steel strands in performance levels, complying with international standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035, ensuring unmatched quality and reliability.
PRODUCT FEATURES
With an eye on quality, our products can be customized to meet specific customer requests for zinc coating. Ensuring a zinc coating of up to 250 gsm or more, the uniformity of the coating is 3-4 times resistant without exposing copper. It boasts excellent adhesion, retaining integrity without breakage or peeling, even after winding 8 circles post-coating.
Leveraging our state-of-the-art equipment, we offer tailored galvanization processes to meet unique user demands on zinc layer quality and surface finish, ensuring superior results.
When compared to non-coated PC steel strands, our galvanized versions stand out by remaining rust-free even after a 24-hour salt spray test.
