Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand, featuring low relaxation, is meticulously crafted from seven high-quality, galvanized round steel wires. This ensures exceptional corrosion resistance, making it the ideal choice for extending the lifespan of components in corrosive environments, such as coastal regions. This state-of-the-art material is recognized globally as a premier solution for effective corrosion prevention.

This versatile standard is perfect for bridge cables, fixed tension components, and other prestressed structures. Note: not for direct use in concrete grouting constructions. Available in diameters: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm. Strength classes include: 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa.

Our hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand products offer 1x7, 1x19 structures with tensile strengths reaching up to 1860MPa, matching the performance levels of plain & round PC steel strands, adhering to standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.

Customization available based on customer requirements, with zinc coatings reaching 250 gsm or higher. The zinc coating's uniformity surpasses expectations, maintaining adhesion without peeling, even after winding 8 circles post-coating.

Compared to non-coated and galvanized PC steel strands, our product withstands salt spray tests remarkably, showing no red rust after 24 hours.
