Raw Material Requirements:
For prestressed concrete, we utilize high-quality carbon steel wire rods such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These materials meet stringent standards for size, shape, weight, and allowable deviations. Additionally, they adhere to specific requirements concerning grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layers, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
We employ Sterem technology to control cooling, achieving an impressive sotenization rate of over 85%. Our coils, manufactured through standard processes, meet all production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strands.
