Raw Material Requirements:
Our high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B, meet stringent requirements for size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, and chemical composition. These rods also adhere to rigorous standards for smelting methods, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layers, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Utilizing advanced Sterem technology, we control cooling to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. The coils produced via this meticulous process meet all production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strand.
