Product Introduction
Steel fiber reinforced concrete is a novel multiphase composite material formed by incorporating randomly distributed steel fibers into ordinary concrete. These randomly dispersed steel fibers effectively hinder the formation and propagation of internal microcracks in the concrete, significantly improving its tensile, flexural, impact, and fatigue resistance. This enhances the ductility of the concrete and improves its crack control performance.
Steel fibers are an ideal material for reinforcing concrete and mortar, as they effectively reduce the brittleness of concrete. Compared to traditional reinforced concrete, steel fiber reinforced concrete requires less steel consumption while still offering greater strength and durability than conventional reinforced concrete materials.
Product Characteristics
The advantages of steel fibers in engineering applications include: reducing engineering costs, offering better construction safety compared to traditional steel reinforcement, significantly shortening construction timelines and simplifying processes. Their excellent crack resistance enables the use of construction equipment such as laser screeds, while also providing high ductility, impact resistance, and low-carbon environmental benefits.
Our steel fibers are characterized by high-purity raw materials, a large aspect ratio, strong anchoring force, high-quality adhesive, high strength, and excellent dispersion.
Product Application
Industrial Flooring, Tunnel Support, Bridge Decks and Pavements,
