Our filled epoxy steel strand's performance meets the rigorous standards outlined in GB/T21073-2007 "Epoxy Coated Seven Wire Prestressed Steel Strand" and JT/T, offering a product you can trust. 737-2009 "Filled Epoxy Coated Steel Strand": A testament to our commitment to quality and innovation.
Anti-corrosion grease performance: Complies with JG 3007 standards, crafted from high-grade lipid acid-proof carp soap and deeply refined mineral oil, enriched with antioxidants and anti-corrosion additives. This formulation significantly enhances adhesion, water resistance, and rust resistance, providing superior protection.
Currently, two prestigious international standards govern epoxy-coated steel strands: ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E). These standards meticulously define epoxy-coated filled and coated steel strands. Although the 2002 ASTM version specifies epoxy-coated filled strands, epoxy-coated strands are not recommended. ISO 14655:1999 (E), rooted in ASTM A882/A882M-96, maintains comprehensive regulations for both products. Our products adhere to these stringent international guidelines, ensuring premium quality for both epoxy-coated strand types.
Epoxy-coated steel strands excel in corrosion resistance, and both standards strictly regulate coating thickness and surface pinholes to uphold this superiority. ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a prescribes a coating thickness of 0.38 -1.14mm for filled strands. ISO 14655:1999 (E) mandates a thickness of 0.40-0.90mm for filled strands and 0.65 -1.15mm for epoxy-coated strands.
Both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E) specify the absence of pinholes throughout the strand. Our products meet these rigorous standards, ensuring flawless performance and reliability.
