Raw Material Requirements:
Our primary raw materials for prestressed concrete encompass premium-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet stringent requirements, including size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requisites.
Utilizing advanced Sterem technology, the cooling process is meticulously controlled to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, the coil produced via our standardized process exceeds all production requisites for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, guaranteeing excellence and uniformity.
