Raw Material Requirements:
Top-notch carbon steel wire rods, such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B, are crucial for prestressed concrete. Critical requirements include dimensions, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical makeup, smelting method, delivery condition, mechanical traits, decarburization depth, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special criteria.
The cooling process is expertly managed utilizing Sterem technology, achieving an impressive over 85% sotenization rate. This ensures the resulting coil adheres to the rigorous standards required for prestressed concrete steel wire and strands.
