Our essential raw materials for prestressed concrete production include top-tier carbon steel wire rods such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet stringent criteria regarding size, shape, weight, permissible deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
By employing advanced Sterem technology, we control the cooling process with precision to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, the coils produced through our standard procedures satisfy all necessary production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, guaranteeing superior quality and consistency.
