Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium-grade raw materials comprise high-quality carbon steel wire rods such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential specifications cover size, shape, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting approach, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requisites.
Cooling is refined with Sterem technology, achieving an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Our standard production coils consistently meet stringent requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand manufacturing.
