Cold drawing wire is specifically designed for direct use in prestressed concrete applications.
Raw Material Requirements
The primary raw materials for prestressed concrete are top-tier carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential parameters include dimensional accuracy, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting process, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Cooling is meticulously managed through Sterem technology to achieve an impressive 85% Sotenization rate. Coils produced under standard processes meet the stringent demands for prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strand production.
