Raw Material Requirements:
Our prestigious products utilize top-tier high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Key requirements include precise specifications on size, shape, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and special requirements.
Cooling is meticulously managed using Sterem technology, achieving an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Standard coil production meets the rigorous demands for prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strand.
