Raw Material Requirements:
Our primary raw materials for crafting prestressed concrete are premium-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods adhere to stringent requirements for size, shape, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting methods, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requisites to ensure optimal performance.
Through the application of advanced Sterem technology, cooling processes are meticulously controlled to achieve an impressive Sotenization rate exceeding 85%. Typically, the coils produced through our standard procedures meet and often surpass all requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, guaranteeing unparalleled excellence and consistency.
