Raw Material Requirements:
For crafting prestressed concrete, we utilize premium-grade carbon steel wire rods: SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These rods must meet stringent criteria, including precise size, shape, weight, acceptable deviation, grade, and chemical composition. Additionally, smelting methods, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements must comply with high standards.
Utilizing advanced Sterem technology, cooling is meticulously controlled to achieve an exceptional over 85% Sotenization rate. This ensures that the coils produced align perfectly with the rigorous production standards required for prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strand.
