Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium raw materials encompass high-quality carbon steel wire rods such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Key specifications cover dimensions, form, mass, permissible deviations, grade, chemical makeup, smelting process, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Cooling is refined using Sterem technology, securing an outstanding Sotenization rate of over 85%. Our standard production coils consistently fulfill the rigorous criteria for manufacturing prestressed concrete steel wire and strand.
