Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium raw materials consist of high-grade carbon steel wire rods like SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Key specifications include dimensions, form, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical makeup, smelting process, delivery state, mechanical features, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Cooling is refined with Sterem technology, achieving a remarkable over 85% Sotenization rate. Our standard production coils consistently fulfill the rigorous demands necessary for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand production.
