Our standard is impeccably tailored to a wide array of applications, including bridge cables, tension parts for building construction, and other prestressed structures. Please note, they are not directly applicable to concrete grouting constructions. We offer availability in diameters of 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm, and strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa.
The 1x7 and 1x19 configurations in our hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series exemplify superior strength, with tensile capacities reaching an impressive 1860MPa.Specifications align seamlessly withthe highest standards, including plain and round PC steel strands, meeting rigorous performance criteria as outlined by GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.

Our bespoke production processes allow us to cater to specific zinc coating requests, boasting capabilities that exceed 250 gsm. Our zinc coatings are rigorously precise and uniform, demonstrating reliability 3-4 times higher without copper exposure. Adhesion remains impeccable, effortlessly enduring an 8-circle wind test post-coating without breaking or peeling.

In rigorous salt spray tests, uncoated PC steel strands succumb to red rust after just 24 hours; however, our galvanized strands remain steadfast, highlighting the remarkable protective prowess of our coatings.
