Raw Material Requirements:
Our primary materials for prestressed concrete are premium-grade carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential requirements for these wire rods cover every aspect from size, shape, weight, and allowable deviation to grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery condition, mechanical characteristics, decarburization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any particular specifications.
