Raw Material Requirements:
Our foundational raw materials for prestressed concrete are top-tier carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet rigorous standards involving size, shape, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting methods, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Harnessing Sterem technology, our cooling process is expertly controlled to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, coils produced through our standard process meet all production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, guaranteeing excellence and consistent quality.
