PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The performance of the mono-filament sprayed epoxy steel strand meets the stringent requirements of GB/T25823-2010, ensuring unmatched reliability and strength. Mono-filament Coated Epoxy Coated Prestressed Steel Strand.
The performance of the filled epoxy steel strand complies with GB/T21073-2007, titled 'Epoxy Coated Seven Wire Prestressed Steel Strand,' and JT/T737-2009, offering robust and consistent performance. 737-2009 'Filled Epoxy Coated Steel Strand.'
Anti-corrosion grease performance: Conforms to JG3007 standards. Manufactured using high-grade lipid acid-proof carp soap to thicken deeply refined mineral oil, and enriched with antioxidants, anti-rust agents, and anti-corrosion additives. This formulation significantly enhances the adhesion, water resistance, rust resistance, and anti-corrosion properties of the grease.
Currently, there are two international standards for epoxy-coated steel strands, namely ASTM. A 882/A 882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E). These standards specify two types of products: epoxy-coated filled strands and epoxy-coated steel strands. The ASTM standard emphasizes that epoxy-coated filled steel strands and epoxy-coated steel strands meet rigorous specifications, while ISO 14655:1999 (E) maintains the regulations from ASTM A882/A882M-96 for both products. A 882/A882M-96, ensuring the integrity and reliability of epoxy-coated strand products.
Epoxy-coated steel strands are known for their superior corrosion resistance, hence both standards enforce strict regulations on coating thickness and surface pinholes. ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a stipulates an epoxy coating thickness of 0.38 -1.14mm for filled strands. ISO 14655:1999 (E) specifies a coating thickness of 0.40-0.90mm for filled steel strands and 0.65 -1.15mm for coated strands.
Both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E) mandate that there must be no pinholes throughout the entire length of the finished epoxy-coated steel strand. Our products adhere to both these international standards, ensuring top-notch quality.
