Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium raw materials are composed of top-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential specifications include dimensions, form, mass, permissible variances, grade, chemical makeup, smelting technique, delivery condition, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface condition, and any particular requirements.
Our cooling process is refined with Sterem technology, achieving an extraordinary over 85% Sotenization rate. Our production coils reliably satisfy the rigorous standards necessary for producing prestressed concrete steel wire and strand.
