Raw Material Requirements:
Our primary raw materials for prestressed concrete include superior-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. The essential criteria for these wire rods cover size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requisites.
Employing Sterem technology, cooling is meticulously controlled to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, the coil produced through our standard process meets all production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring excellence and consistency.
