Key requirements for these wire rods include precise size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery conditions, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requisites.
Through the utilization of Sterem technology, cooling is meticulously controlled to accomplish an impressive Sotenization rate exceeding 85%. Typically, the coil produced through our standard process aligns with all production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring unparalleled excellence and consistency.
