Raw Material Requirements:
Prestressed concrete demands the finest high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These rods must meet rigorous criteria including size, shape, weight, and allowable deviation, along with grade and chemical composition, smelting methods, delivery state, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any bespoke requirements.
Sterem technology meticulously controls cooling, achieving over 85% Sotenization rate. Coils produced through this process are ideally suited for the stringent demands of prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strand production.
