Performance attributes of our filled epoxy steel strand conform to JT/T 737-2009 'Filled Epoxy Coated Steel Strand' standards.
Anti-corrosion Excellence: Our grease adheres to JG 3007 standards. Crafted from high-grade lipid acid-proof carp soap to thicken deeply refined mineral oil, our anti-corrosion grease is enhanced with antioxidants, anti-rust agents, and other advanced additives for superior adhesion, water resistance, and anti-corrosion properties.
International Standards: Our epoxy-coated steel strands comply with two key international standards, namely ASTM. A 882/A 882M-02a and IS0 14655:1999 (E). These standards specify two products: epoxy-coated filled strands and epoxy-coated steel strands. The 2002 ASTM standard emphasizes the specifications of epoxy-coated filled steel strands while ISO 14655:1999 (E) retains regulations for epoxy-coated strand products. ASTM A 882/A882M-96 serves as the foundation for ISO 14655:1999 (E), retaining epoxy-coated strand product regulations.
Epoxy-coated steel strands boast exceptional corrosion resistance, necessitating strict standards for coating thickness and surface pinholes in both ASTM and ISO specifications. Under ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a, the specified coating thickness for epoxy-coated filled strands ranges from 0.38 to 1.14mm. ISO 14655:1999 (E) specifies a coating thickness of 0.40-0.90mm for filled strands and 0.65-1.15mm for coated strands.
Both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E) stipulate that the finished epoxy-coated steel strands must be free of pinholes throughout their length. Our products meet and exceed these international standards.
