Raw Material Requirements:
We utilize top-tier raw materials, specifically high-quality carbon steel wire rods, SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential specifications include size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Our cooling process, refined through Sterem technology, achieves an outstanding over 85% Sotenization rate. Our standard production coils consistently fulfill the demanding requirements for the creation of prestressed concrete steel wire and strand.
