Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand, crafted with precision and innovation, features low relaxation prestressed steel strands composed of seven meticulously galvanized steel wires. These hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires offer exceptional corrosion resistance, significantly prolonging the lifespan of components even in corrosive environments such as coastal areas. Recognized globally for effective corrosion prevention, these strands meet international standards.

This versatile product is ideal for bridge cables, fixed tension components, and other prestressed structures. It is not intended for direct use in concrete grouting constructions. Available dimensions include: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm. Strength classes: 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa.

Our 1x7 and 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series offer tensile strengths up to 1860MPa, matching the specifications and performance levels of plain & round PC steel strand according to GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035 standards.


PRODUCT FEATURES

Our product can be customized to meet specific zinc coating requirements, achieving up to 250 gsm or more. The uniform zinc coating layer remains intact, even after eight winding cycles without exposing copper, ensuring superior adhesion.

Leveraging our advanced equipment, we tailor the galvanizing process to meet special requirements for zinc layer quality and surface quality as specified by users.

Comparatively, our galvanized PC steel strand outperforms uncoated strands, as the latter exhibit red rust after just 24 hours in a salt spray test.
