We utilize high-quality carbon steel wire rods, such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B, vital for prestressed concrete. The essential specifications include size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special specifications required.
Our cooling process is expertly handled using Sterem technology, achieving an impressive sotenization rate of over 85%. This precision ensures that each coil meets the rigorous standards expected of prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strands.
