PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand offers low relaxation and is meticulously crafted from seven high-quality steel wires. These hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires boast excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for extending component life in corrosive environments such as coastal areas. Recognized both nationally and internationally, this product is a trusted solution for effective corrosion prevention.

This standard is ideal for bridge cables, fixed tension components, lifting or fixing tension parts in buildings, and other prestressed structures. It's not for direct use in concrete grouting constructions. Specifications: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm diameter. Strength classes: 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa.

Our 1x7 and 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strands can achieve tensile strengths up to 1860MPa. These strands meet the same performance levels as plain & round PC steel strands, compliant with GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, NFA35-035, and more.


PRODUCT FEATURES

We cater to customer specifications for zinc coating, achieving 250 gsm or more. The zinc coating remains uniform 3-4 times without exposing copper and adheres flawlessly, even after winding eight circles.

Leveraging our advanced equipment, we tailor the galvanization process to meet special requirements for zinc layer quality and surface finish.

When compared to non-coated and galvanized PC steel strands, the former shows red rust after just 24 hours of salt spray testing.

Changes in PC steel strands after a 21-day neutral salt spray test reveal stark differences between coated and non-coated strands.
