Our primary raw materials for prestressed concrete applications include premium-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods are meticulously selected based on stringent criteria: size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requisites to ensure the highest standards of performance.
Utilizing the cutting-edge Sterem technology, our cooling process is meticulously controlled to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, the coil produced through our standard process meets all stringent production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, guaranteeing excellence and consistency.
