The 1x7 structure '12.7mm, 15.20mm, 15.70mm, 17.80mm' unbonded prestressed steel strand is a specialized prestressed steel bar with anti-corrosion grease and a protective sheath. These products are primarily employed in water conservancy and hydro-power projects. Recently, there has been a notable increase in their use in wind power projects, where the construction height of wind power towers often reaches or exceeds 120m. More concrete towers utilizing external prestressing technology are incorporating unbonded prestressed steel strands. These products boast outstanding advantages such as superior corrosion resistance and exceptional fatigue resistance, thereby enhancing wind resistance and extending the overall service life of structures.
Based on the JG/T 161-2016 Unbonded Prestressed Steel Strand standard, we have innovated our design to simplify the testing method for the tensile properties of the sheath. This enhances practicability and facilitates the performance of the sheath. By effectively standardizing the quality of the sheath, we ensure the safety and quality of your projects are significantly improved.
Product characteristics
The outer cable of the wind power concrete tower utilizes unbonded steel strands. The thickness of the sheath and the grease can be designed and customized according to the technical requirements of users. The sheath's surface is dense and smooth, and the outline of the steel strand is clearly visible. The surface quality meets rigorous standards, ensuring no air holes, mechanical damage, cracks, or noticeable wrinkles.
