Raw Material Requirements:
Our top-tier raw materials include high-quality carbon steel wire rods of SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Critical specifications involve size, shape, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting approach, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requisites.
Cooling is perfected with Sterem technology, achieving an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Our standard production coils consistently meet the stringent demands for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand creation.
