Essential specifications encompass dimensions, form, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical makeup, smelting technique, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any unique requirements.
Our cooling process is refined using Sterem technology, achieving a remarkable sotenization rate exceeding 85%. Each standard production coil rigorously adheres to the demanding criteria for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand manufacturing.
