Raw Material Requirements:
Our selection of raw materials for prestressed concrete is based on top-caliber carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods are subject to strict requirements in terms of size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requisites.
By implementing Sterem technology, cooling is meticulously managed to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, the coil produced through our standard process meets all production demands for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring excellence and uniformity.
