Raw Material Requirements:
Prestressed concrete demands high-quality carbon steel wire rods like SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Critical criteria include size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any unique specifications.
The cooling process is precisely controlled using Sterem technology, achieving an extraordinary sotenization rate exceeding 85%. This ensures the coil produced meets all rigorous standards for prestressed concrete steel wire and strands.
