Exhibiting superior corrosion resistance, our galvanized round steel wires are designed to significantly extend the lifespan of components. This is crucial in corrosive environments such as coastal areas, ensuring enduring reliability. Recognized both domestically and internationally as an exemplary solution for corrosion prevention, our product stands at the forefront of innovation and effectiveness.
This premium standard is ideal for bridge cables, fixed tension components, and other prestressed structures. Notably, it is not directly used in concrete grouting constructions. Available diameters include 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, and 17.8mm, with strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860MPa, and 1960MPa to meet diverse project needs.
Our hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series, available in 1x7 and 1x19 structures, boasts impressive tensile strengths reaching up to 1860MPa. With performance levels on par with plain and round PC steel strands, our products adhere to rigorous standards including GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035, ensuring uncompromised quality.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Tailored to customer specifications, our product's zinc coating can reach 250 gsm or higher. The coating's uniformity is tested to be 3-4 times more durable without exposing copper, and its adhesion remains intact even after winding 8 circles post zinc-coating.
Leveraging our state-of-the-art equipment, we can fine-tune the galvanizing process to align with user-specific demands for zinc layer quality and surface excellence.
When compared to non-coated and galvanized PC steel strands, the uncoated ones showcased red rust after a mere 24-hour salt spray test.
