Introducing our state-of-the-art Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand with low relaxation properties, crafted from seven meticulously engineered steel wires. These galvanized round steel wires boast exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring extended durability and reliability, especially in corrosive environments like coastal regions. Recognized globally as an effective measure against corrosion, our products align with international standards for quality and protection.
Ideal for various applications such as bridge cables, fixed tension components, and prestressed structures, our PC Strand is not intended for direct use in concrete grouting constructions. Specifications include diameters of 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, and 17.8mm, with strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860MPa, and 1960MPa.
Our products feature 1x7 and 1x19 configurations in the hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series, exhibiting tensile strengths up to 1860MPa. These strands match the performance levels of plain and round PC steel strands as per standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Customizable to meet specific zinc coating requirements, our product's zinc coating can reach 250 gsm or higher. The zinc layer's uniformity ensures no exposure of the copper layer, maintaining adhesion even after eight windings without peeling or breaking.
